I was recommended to NEST when I was looking for someone to take away the hassle and time spent collecting and chasing tuition fees.

With so many students and back to back classes, I didn’t know who had and hadn’t paid and who owed money for previous weeks lessons.

I was spending 10 minutes at the start and end of every lesson trying to sort out payment issues and collecting fees and soon realised that if I added all of this time together, I could be teaching at least one and maybe two extra classes every day instead!

Since I joined NEST two years ago, I no longer have to worry about payments as they handle all of the billing side very professionally via direct debit, which means that I can concentrate on what I love doing – teaching my classes.

I also have more time available for preparing lessons and interacting with my students and their parents, rather than the stresses of chasing money.

I receive monthly reports from NEST on all of my students payment details and can see who has trained or missed classes, how long students have been with us and much more.  We are now looking at utilising the latest NEST technology to help us track attendance and save us even more time.

The cash flow of the business has improved dramatically with regular payments from NEST straight into my bank account, so I am no longer dealing in cash.  We used to lose so much money in unpaid fees but the amount we pay NEST for their services is small by comparison.

NEST is much more than a billing company too and is always my first port of call if I have any business related issues.  They have guided us through budgeting, accounting and taxation procedures and helped us when looking at new premises.
