Free Sports Taster Sessions

NEST has over 800 sports clubs and academies across the UK that are prepared to offer free taster sessions for schools and members of the public and we have a wide range of activities to choose from - from karate and kickboxing to dance and gymnastics.

All clubs have verified they hold valid Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) clearance and carry up to £3m in Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

Taster sessions can be conducted on school premises, in clubs and academies, halls and leisure centres.
