Specialist free fitness jobsite launched PDF Print
ImageA specialist jobsite for fitness professionals has been launched.

The free site, entitled DanceandFitnessJobs.com, is designed to enable fitness professionals to both search jobs and post details of their skills in "one easy to use format".

Elle Kealy, an experienced industry recruiter, said there will be a "dedicated open audition section" for employers to access.

"Clients have very specific needs which the larger jobs sites don’t cater for," she added.

"In terms of online recruitment for dancers, personal trainers and other fitness professionals, the industry has been lacking a service that is affordable and comprehensive for some time."

The site is currently up and running for job seekers and employers and is scheduled to be officially launched in November.

Screening firm Datanomic recently said it had now become far easier to screen potential employees due to the technology behind the process evolving and making it far easier to systematically trawl through large volumes of data.
