FSB praises Harlow for business support PDF Print
ImageThe Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has praised Harlow for the development of a £6.1 million business centre.

According to spokeswoman Polly Weeks, finding suitable premises that meet requirements within budget is one of the major obstacles facing those who want to grow or start a small business, the Harlow Herald reports.

"The FSB welcomes this investment in Harlow and hopes that other councils in the county will follow this lead and establish similar centres to meet the needs of their own small businesses," she told the news provider.

Located on Edinburgh Way, the Business incubation Centre will provide 50 units designed to satisfy the needs of start up and micro businesses, with business support on site and ample car parking.

It is due to open this November.

The FSB was formed in 1974 and now has more than 210,000 members, making it the largest campaigning pressure group promoting and protecting the interests of the self-employed and owners of small firms.
