BT aims software solutions at SMEs PDF Print
ImageBT has announced a partnership with business management software firm NetSuite and customer relationship management company SugarCRM.

The new coalition is targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the opportunity for the adoption of on-demand software. BT claims it can offer their customers a high quality service and support all from a single source.

SugarCRM solutions can help SMEs grow, create and exploit opportunities while NetSuite's software offers one single system to manage a variety of critical business operations.

Bill Murphy, managing director of BT Business, said: "With this announcement we really are changing the way SMEs can think about and buy their business applications, delivering them the benefits of services previously available only to larger companies."

Mr Murphy outlined how firms can manage their customer relationships, examine processes, deliver efficiencies and drive their business all from a single supplier that they can trust.

Earlier this month BT renewed its distribution partnership with DMSL. The firm has been BT's top total broadband distributor to SMEs for six years, reports vnunet.com.
