We originally started running classes on an ad hoc, pay as you go basis.
We then tried a new type of class on a monthly payment scheme with two different billing companies but the level of service was not what we were looking for and they were far too Americanized.
What we wanted was something we could relate to as individuals and who my students could feel comfortable with.
A big fear was that we were convinced we would lose members by asking people to pay monthly, especially some students who were being taught for free on a private basis.
Yet we knew we had to change with the times and take the plunge!
We had a meeting with NEST Management back in 2003 and we haven't looked back since.
Right from the start the NEST team were really helpful in every way from sending letters to individual students to taking phone calls from them.
It was the high level of individual personal service that impressed us as it feels like it's our company!
The continued high level of support from marketing to fee collection is second to none. But the main reason we continue to use NEST is because they follow the principles of the true martial arts and have high levels of integrity in all aspects of their business.
