Our direct debit systems help to free up your time spent collecting and chasing money, allowing you to concentrate on running your school. They also provide a consistent flow of income into your school which is vital for business stability, allowing you to plan ahead and budget accordingly.

NEST is an approved direct debit originator, sponsored by Barclays Bank and we collect student fees on your behalf, backed up by our leading technology, which is maintained by our in-house IT department and administration team.

All agreements are processed on the same day of receipt and you will be notified, by e-mail, of all new agreements entered as well as those cancelled, suspended or re-activated. This means you can keep up to date records of all the day to day activities on your account

We recognise that a switch to fee collection via a billing company may be something totally new for you and we are here to help you as much as possible. NEST’s fully trained Customer Services Team will be on hand to deal with any queries or issues that may arise.

Our policy is to offer advice and guidance which we encourage you to take on board at your own pace. We are here to inspire, motivate and assist, but definitely not to pressure!
